Get your sunscreen and hats out, it’s going to be a hot one this year!

The Southeastern Electric Exchange (SEE) will be held in Orlando, Fl June 26-28 at the Peabody Orlando. SEE is a non-profit, non-political trade association of investor-owned electric utility companies.

So who goes?

Utility members, manufacturers, contractors, consultants, specialists and professionals from all over the southeast region.

So why should you go?

It’s a very well attended regional conference and exposition, and an excellent opportunity for vendors to network with engineering, operations and procurement contacts. There are over 90 exhibitors from reputable companies, such as Beta Engineering, DIS-TRAN, Burns & McDonnell, MasTec, Power Engineers and many more.

The show kicks off at 10 a.m. on June 26, and goes until 12:30 p.m. and then picks up again from 5-7:30 p.m. The following day, the show opens up at 11:30 a.m. and lasts until 1:30 p.m. There are several breakout sessions put on by industry experts about the latest issues and applications, as well as roundtable sessions, general sessions and breaks and banquet functions to allow for more networking and learning opportunities.

But SEE isn’t all work and no play. On June 25, attendees have the opportunity to play in the GE Golf Tournament on the beautiful Grand Cypress Golf Course in Orlando. There’s also plenty to do while you’re in town. SEE teamed up with the Orlando Convention Aid to provide discounts to certain restaurants, golf, attractions, nightlife, shopping and more.
